How should I prepare my diet before a private session/group experience?

Accepted Answer

Please try to eat lightly during the day and avoid eating for at least 3 hours prior to the session. We also kindly ask that you abstain from alcohol, drugs, and ideally smoking on the day of (and the day before) our session. Staying well-hydrated by drinking more water than usual is also highly recommended.

Choose loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

Make sure you are in a quiet, private, and cozy environment where you won't be interrupted. You will need enough space to comfortably sit, stand, or lie down on a bed.

How should I set up my space for a Constellation session?

Accepted Answer

Find a cozy, private space where you won't be disturbed. You’ll need a table in front of you for the constellation objects (or the floor, if a table isn't available). Please position your camera so that both you and your workspace are clearly visible during the session.

Yes, if possible! Our sessions can be dynamic or involve somatic movement and lying down, so having a mat ready at home will help you stay fully comfortable throughout the process.
