2. Scope of Services
The Inner Shift offers personal growth, coaching, intimacy guidance, energy work, and somatic exploration through:
Private 1-on-1 Sessions: Personal coaching and guidance online or in-person.
Group Events & Workshops: Scheduled group sessions, online masterclasses, and experiential workshops.
Digital Content & Educational Articles: Blog posts and downloadable resources.
3. Important Disclaimer (Non-Medical Notice)
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY:
Coaching & Self-Exploration Only: The services, sessions, workshops, and content provided by The Inner Shift are designed solely for personal development, emotional awareness, self-exploration, and coaching purposes.
Not Medical or Psychological Treatment: Our services DO NOT constitute psychotherapy, clinical psychology, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or healing in a medical sense.
Personal Responsibility: By booking a session or attending an event, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Consulting Professionals: If you are currently experiencing severe psychological trauma, clinical depression, mental health disorders, or medical conditions, we strongly advise you to seek the care of a licensed healthcare professional, therapist, or physician. Our sessions are not a substitute for professional medical or mental healthcare.
4. Bookings and Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices for private sessions and group events are listed on the Site in the indicated currency. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Payment Processing: Payments are required in advance at the time of booking via third-party processors (such as Stripe or Wix Payments). By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
A. Private 1-on-1 Sessions
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a private session free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time by contacting us via email.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will forfeit the full session fee (no refund or rescheduling permitted).
No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
B. Group Events & Workshops
Ticket Purchases: All sales for online group events, masterclasses, and live workshops are final and non-refundable, as space and capacity are limited.
Ticket Transferability: If you cannot attend a group event, you may transfer your spot/ticket to another person, provided you inform us at least 12 hours prior to the event start time.
Event Cancellations by Us: If we cancel an event or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
6. Client Conduct and Code of Ethics
Respectful Environment: We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and confidential space for all clients and workshop participants.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any inappropriate behavior, disrespect, harassment, or violation of boundaries during private sessions or group events will result in immediate termination of the session/event access without a refund.
Confidentiality: Personal details shared by other participants during group events or by clients during private sessions must be kept strictly confidential.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on https://www.theinnershiftspace.com - including logos, text, course materials, article content, branding, images, and graphics - is the intellectual property of Iordache N. Irina Persoană Fizică Autorizată.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any content or materials from our Site without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Inner Shift and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Site, services, or recommendations provided during coaching sessions or workshops.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
