cancellation & refund policy

At The Inner Shift (operated by Iordache N. Irina Persoană Fizică Autorizată and Negreanu I. Adrian Persoană Fizică Autorizată), we strive to deliver high-quality coaching, intimacy guidance, and transformational workshops.
Because our sessions and group events require dedicated time, preparation, and limited spot availability, we maintain a clear and fair Cancellation and Refund Policy.
By booking a service or purchasing a ticket on https://www.theinnershiftspace.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Private 1-on-1 Sessions
A. Rescheduling & Cancellations (More than 24 Hours Notice)
If you need to reschedule or cancel your private session, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time via email at theinnershiftproject@gmail.com.
Rescheduling: Free of charge. We will gladly move your appointment to an available future date.
Cancellations: If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you are eligible for a 100% full refund (minus any payment processing fees levied by Stripe/Wix, if applicable).
B. Late Cancellations & Rescheduling (Less than 24 Hours Notice)
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be refunded and cannot be rescheduled without purchasing a new session.
Why? A late cancellation prevents us from offering that time slot to another client who may need it.
C. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late Arrivals: If you are late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the missed minutes will not be made up.
No-Shows: If you do not join/attend your session within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the session will be marked as a "No-Show" and considered fully rendered. No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
2. Group Events, Masterclasses & Workshops
A. Non-Refundable Ticket Policy
Due to limited venue/online room capacities and upfront event planning, all ticket sales for live group workshops, online events, and masterclasses are final and non-refundable.
If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, no cash refund will be issued.
B. Ticket Transferability
If you cannot attend a group event, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or acquaintance.
To transfer your ticket, you must notify us at theinnershiftproject@gmail.com at least 12 hours before the event starts with the name, phone number and email address of the person attending in your place.
3. Cancellations Made By Us
In the rare event that The Inner Shift must cancel a private session or group event due to sudden illness, emergency, technical failure, or unforeseen circumstances:
You will be notified as soon as possible.
For Private Sessions: You will have the option to reschedule for a date of your choice or receive a 100% full refund.
For Group Events: You will receive a 100% full refund or an option to transfer your spot to the rescheduled date or a future workshop.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe/Wix Payments).
Please allow 30 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
